NOTE from The CNP BearSmart Association - Its seems early, but its that time of year again.... fruit bearing vegitation and trees are FULL OF FRUIT.. and tis is a MAJOR attractant for the bears.  PLEASE CLEAN off ALL THE APPLES  as soon as possible so they dont become bear food. . If you like to use your apples, THATS GREAT! Just please keep in minds tat rotting apples smell like candy for our 4 legged neighbours so plase stay on top of them as they ripen. If you require HELP.. get in touch with the Crowsnest Pass Bear Smaqrt Association and they will come pick them for you!...AT NO CHARGE!  They will also come and survey your property for bear attractants and help you manage your gardening, waste management, and fruit bearing vegitation.  September 16th - Heritage Acres Farm Museum FALL FAIR - Heritage Acres Farm Museum near Pincher Creek ius eagerly anticipating the 6th Annual Fall Fair on Saturday September 16th. This is a country fair with an old fashioned flair and entertainment for the whole family.  COME SPEND THE DAY!!!!! Gates open at 8am, and the fair runs from 9am to 5pm. Regular gate admission applies, $10/adults, 16 and under are FREE!

Kick off the fair at a $5 pancake breakfast from 830am to 10am..After breakfast wander around the farm museum to see dispays and demonstrations, and participate I the interactive events!!! For a full scheduel of events head to

September 20th - CNP Chamber Luncheon - This months monthly luncheon will take place Wednesday Sept 30 from noon to 1pm at Bamboo bistro. September 20 - Famiy Fitness with Ryp Athletics - The CNP Parent Link Centre is excited to present a workshop for parents and caregivers with Wes Rypien from Ryp Athletics!! Come learn how to plan and carry out accessible, quick and effictive at-home fitness routine that require very little equipment, IF ANY. Wes will talk about the importnace pf fitness and then take your through a warm up and into a fun but challenging cardio and strength work out. September 23rd - The FAMILY WELLNESS FAIR -  This is the Annual Famiy Conferece focusing on kids aged 0-6. Teh Conference will take place at teh MDM from 9am to 4pm Saturday September 23rd. REGITRATION DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 13th    

Speaker presentations will include - 

Immunization Schedule for your child;

-An interactive presentation on raising healthy adventurous eaters;

-The Benefits of outdoor play;

Managing opinions and overwhelming information about parenting;

 September 22 - 23 - First Annual FUSE Retreat and Tradeshow!

The FUSE Retreat and Trade showiIS A GO!!! It will all take place the weekend of September 22 and 23rd at the coleman seniors centre.  Fridays seesions will go from 6pm to 9pm and then all day Saturday from 11am to 9m.  There will be Keynot speakers - MJ Myden, President, Women of Canada Eh!; Paula Hopwood, Motivational Coach and Speaker; and Courtney Cann, Dream Building and Life Coach. September 30th  - Moonshadow Run in Pincher Creek. - The Moponshadow Run in Pincher Creek is coming up September 30th !!! This is an evening race in the SHADOW OF THE MOON! This is a family fun run with  a 2.5km. 5km and 10km routes. No matter your age, you can particiapate and enjoy the atmostphere of the Moonshadow run. For more infor head to
